Many clients often approach me, saying, “I have SGD$500,000, what can I buy?” or “Oh Aaron, this unit is only SGD$1.5 million, such a good deal?” However, is this really the best way to gauge whether a property is worth purchasing?
Rather, I believe that the best way of assessing whether purchasing the particular property is the right decision is the per square feet price. Although the total quantum price may look cheap and affordable, size-wise it may be small and the per square feet price may be high.
So, what’s my advice?
Prior to purchasing any property, I would advise observing the size of the property in question, and then, looking at the per square feet price.
It’s time to make the right decision in property purchases, and choose to compare properties via per square feet price rather than quantum prices. For more expert tips and tricks, feel free to reach out to me for a chat on how to make the right decision in your property purchase.
